    Refund and Returns Policy

    At Homa Ceramics, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our ceramic products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

    1. Returns

    You have [14/30] days from the date of receipt of your product to request a return or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

    • Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.
    • Receipt: You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Items purchased on sale or during a clearance.
    • Gift cards or vouchers.

    2. How to Initiate a Return

    To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@homaceramics.gr with the following information:

    • Your name and order number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return.
    • The reason for the return.

    Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to ship your returned item. Please note:

    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    3. Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@homaceramics.gr. You will need to provide:

    • A description of the damage or defect.
    • Photos of the item and packaging.

    We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering either a replacement, repair, or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

    4. Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your return is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

    Processing Time:

    • Refunds typically take [5-10 business days] to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

    Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as:

    • Items returned with obvious signs of use.
    • Items not in their original condition or missing parts.

    5. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at homaceramics@gmail.com and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

    If you wish to exchange for a different item, you may need to return the original item first, and a new order will be processed.

    6. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    7. Sale Items

    Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged.

    8. Shipping Costs for Returns

    Unless the return is due to a defect or damage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
